How It Works
Lucky Mutt starts with a meet and greet at your home to get acquainted with your pet before the wedding. On the day itself, they pick up your pet, chauffeur them safely to the venue, and — with the full attendant package — stay on-site for three hours managing their care so you can be fully present for your ceremony and photos.

How do I get started with Lucky Mutt?
Register as a new client via the New Client page, then schedule a 30–45 minute Meet & Greet at your home. During this visit Lucky Mutt will meet you and your pet, assess any needs, and answer questions.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, Lucky Mutt is both bonded and insured by the Business Insurers of the Carolinas, and is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients have 24 hours to cancel for regular dog walking, as-needed walking, and pet chauffeuring services (via email or text). Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. Monday cancellations must be received before 6:30 p.m. Friday.
Can you send photos during visits?
Yes — Lucky Mutt can send a daily photo via email or text once per 24 hours and will send a communication after each visit is completed.
